Stone and Prong Design Pendant

Prerequisite: Soldering with a torch.

Have you ever wondered how to set a stone using prongs? Join us for this exciting workshop where you'll learn the essential techniques for prong-setting stones. We will focus on working with cabochons or any stones that have a flat back—please note that faceted stones will not be used in this session, as a flat surface is ideal for learning this skill. 

Some prior experience with soldering using a torch is required, as this technique can be quite detailed and meticulous, so come prepared for a rewarding challenge! Materials are included except the stone. You may bring your own stone or purchase one from us. Not all stones work for this kind of setting but the instructor will guide you on picking out the correct one for your first project. Get ready to enhance your jewelry-making skills and create a beautiful piece!
