Practical Magic - A Halloween Silversmithing Workshop

Step into the studio for a little witchcraft, silver, and Practical Magic! In this Halloween-inspired silversmithing workshop, you’ll create your own one-of-a-kind piece of Sterling silver jewelry with a darkly magical twist.

Choose your own adventure: create a Sterling silver cap for a crystal point pendant, a coffin-shaped pendant, or a Sterling silver magical gem such as Moonstone or Labradorite ring. You’ll learn hands-on silversmithing techniques including shaping, forming, texturing, soldering, and finishing your piece.

Think moonlight, crystals, old spell books, apothecary bottles, black cats, and Practical Magic—your jewelry should feel like something you found tucked away in a witch’s jewelry box.

No previous silversmithing experience is necessary. I’ll guide you through the process from start to finish, and you’ll leave with a handmade piece that is completely your own.
